cm500 modem downstream light blinking green have internet

cm500 modem firmware v1.01.09, spectrum cable, windsows 10

Downstream is blinking "green" light last week; still have internet access at roughly 30mbps (we have 25-30mpbs spectrum package).

Only had one issue this week where internet was intermittent that was when both the upstream and downstream were blinking green on the cm500 modem.

Do we need all 16 channels locked?

Trying to determinw is this a hardware issue (modem) or a cable to PED, if the downstream is green blinking that seems to be an issue with the CMTS to us the subscriber.

Other factors lots of rain in the last 2 weeks.

Attached events log: did a reboot, events clear and attaching results.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
