CM500 No IPv6

The modem would be just a pass thru of any IPv6 protocols. You'll need to look at your wifi router for IPv6 configurations. Ensure the ISP is actually supporting IPv6 protocol services to the modem.
I've been back and forth for hours with Wow and contacted Netgear. I still don't know what the problem is.. but my gut is it won't work if the ISP doesn't have native IPV6 support.
My ISP is WOW! They have no idea how to explain the problem I'm having, they just say they can't fix it because it's my personal modem, contact Netgear. I assume that's because their rented Modems do some sort of IPV6 transactioning/tunneling/SOMETHING for them and this CM500 is pass-through.
I wish I could confirm though, and maybe find a modem that does do it(whatever WOW! needs it to do).
Spec sheets on the CM500 say it supports IPv6.
If the ISP has official native IPv6 protocol support, then it should be passing thru the CM modem then on to your PC if you wire connect up a PC to the modem directly. Be sure your PCs OS has IPv6 enabled as well. Most do by default now days.
Most wifi routers now days also support IPv6 and you have to check it's configuration as well. Something to contact the Mfr about for the wifi router configuration.

I've seen answers like this, but there has to be more to it. WOW! reps are trying to do something on my modem and seem to think they could help if they had access to the admin config area. What is it they're trying to do?
For instance, I've seen other modem's have options for enabling IPv6... like some sort of Tunnel, DHCP, etc.. I don't want to lead the witness here.. but I think it's that type of missed understanding. What value are these other options that maybe another modem does.
