CM500
I am paying for 200 mbps. My CM500 cable modem is only giving less than 90 mbps download hardwired. I have reset the modem and have been told by ISP everything looks good on their end. This is my second unit from NETGEAR because they determined the previous one is defective. I was getting more mbps from the "defective" modem but no more than 95 mbps. I feel like I am missing something, but not sure what. Are there some settings that can be tweaked to get me the 200mbps? Please help. Thanks

Hello dre7702
I am seeing some T3 an T4 timeouts in the logs which means its having issues receiving signal from the cable do you happen to have any type of splitters on the cable lines if so try removing them. If not you may want to have a cable tech out to check everything. I left a link on what the Timeouts mean.
