CM500V, Comcast, and manually allocate second phone port

Question

I have a CM500V talking to Comcast / Xfinity with one of the phone ports allocated to talk to the regular phone network.&nbsp; Once this modem was configured remotely by Comcast, I noticed that the controls for manually entering phone settings vanished.&nbsp; How can I get direct control of the other phone port?

Its all controlled by comcast. You'd have to contact them to see if they allow it.&nbsp;
