CM600 Connectivity Issues
We purchased the CM600 router in Aug 2020 as a replacement for our Spectrum Internet Arris router. We were having slow speeds and frequent connectivity issues with the Arris modem and read that the CM600 was a good replacement as it didn't use the Puma chipset.
Immediately on hooking up the CM600 we had much faster speeds and improved streaminh. Unfortunately, we've been having issues over the last couple months with frequent disconnects and dropped wifi calls. The event log showed several T4 time outs and SYNC timing synchronization failures (I attached a screenshot of the error log). I contacted Spectrum who recommend replacing the modem with another Arris to see if it was a line issue. I expected it to be a line problem, but surprisingly their modem hasn't had any issue, which makes me think its a problem with the Netgear modem.
Has any one else had this issue with the CM600? Do i need to pay now that I'm beyond the 90 days for netgear to tell me it's a hardware problem and replace it under the limited warranty?
Thank you for your help

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
