CM600 Firmware downgrade
I switched from Spectrum to RCN. Spectrum upgraded my modem to V1.01.14, and now that I am on RCN, the modem will not work. Per this document: https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-...

I have a similar problem but with Grande Communications in Texas. It looks like spectrum has a newer firmware and a factory reset isn't removing those updates... Any advice?
