CM600 on TWC has extremely slow speeds after switching from an Arris brand

Never mind. I figured I would try rebooting the modem and then calling TWC and try activating again before the tech came. When I did the two lighting bolts (upload and download stream searchers) kept flashing for over 15 minutes. Its my understanding they are supposed to stay solid at some point, so I rebooted again and again the same thing happened so I took it back and exchanged it and the new one works fine.
