CM600 stopped connecting toSpectrum
Cable modem was working fine then stopped connecting to spectrum internet service. They say line is fine but they can't communicate or see the modem. I can login to modem but it says trying to connect, and in another section says modem is not connected, check rf connection. Spectrum tech says he thinks modem got fried by lightning but that doesn't make sense if I can login to it. Any ideas?

Please post even log and connection page screenshots.
if you can post a video if the bootup for 2-3 mins, that would be great as well.
