IF the modems been reset and you've tired different cables. Sounds like the WAN port is faulty and the modem probably needs to be replaced.

Agreed, the new CM700 is performing flawlessly so far and I'm getting 700+Mbps right now. My upstream is pretty crap though (18Mbps) so I'll still need another service call.

Good to hear the new modem is working.
Ensure there are no cable line splitters in between the modem and ISP service box.Please mark your thread as solved so others will know.

Seems like 600Mbps service only gets 15Mbps upstream as per support. So my 18 is better than expected. Great, I'll accept reaplce modem as a solution. :)
