CM700 constant reboot "No ranging Response Received-T3 Time out"?

Hey everyone, 

This has been driving me nuts the past few months and I have been going back and forth with Optimum, who, of course, blame the equipment.

 

Lately the modem has been resetting itself. Today it happened 3 times in the hour, which is finally prompting me to investigate it.

Posted below are the modem logs. Hopefully the community can help me out with a possible solution.

 

Additionally - Im using this along with a nighthawk AC1750 router

    Contact your ISP and have them check signals up to the modem.

      I spoke with someone from my ISP yesterday and they claimed my levels were OK

        I would reset the modem then unplug the modem for 1 minute from the power. Power back on.
