CM700 Critical (3)
Hi I need help, so I had a modem CM400 and I had internet drops very often(Comcast) we called the internet provider and they sent us a "specialist" he said it was the modem, two weeks ago I got a new modem CM700 and the internet keeps dropping, could you tell me what do I have to do to stop that? and it also gives me Critical error (3), warning (5)....etc

I had issues with speeds on xfnity. Only got 2.4ghz! This week I changed the channel to 44, wild guess and now have 180ghz 5g and 2.4g still works on Auto. Use getnear genie app.
