Purchased a new CM700 and activated (via online) with Comcast. Before I had Arris SB6580 and had download speed of >150 mpbs, now I am getting <90 mpbs with blinking download stream light. Here is ...

I am not sure what you mean by a "screen snip of the cable connections page."
With regards to other devices, I do not have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators.
I will try to replace the coaxial cable and see if that helps.

You need to get your line checked. You have errors in the line, power levels out of spec, and unlocked channels. All signs the isp needs to check the lines.

Hows it working? Got your logs with that?
reason I ask is your snr is a boarderline and the upstream power seems a touch low.
But in some cases, that'll work fine so its more about how well its working and how the logs look.
