Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem?

I will have to get you that in about 2 days, I travel for work and left earlier today. But based off some information another user found for me, Xfinity does list my device as compatible but not recommended. The router attached to the modem is an Asus RT-AX1800S, i am using some CAT6 cables, but they’re pretty old. Replacing them certainly wouldn’t hurt but they were fine for the last 4 years up until about a few months ago. If that means anything.
