CM700 has a lot of errors showing SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync

I am getting a ton of these errors..SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync    I also have had a lot of internet drops.. I assumed it was an router or ISP issue. Could this be related?  ...
