CM700 intermittent disconnects T3 time out AND loss of sync


Ethernet connection from modem to router to pc. Internet will cut off for a few seconds approximately 1-3 time(s) per day.

    You have a ton of errors in your line. 

    You need to check the line for issues.

    Look for old/bad/cheap/loose connections. bent, kinked, damaged coax. 

    Remove any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators from your line. 

    Preferably, move the modem to right where the coax comes into the home to prevent wiring in the home being the issue. 

    If you still have problems, the ISP needs to check it.
