CM700 Internet Dropping and High UnCorrectables

You have a ton of errors in your line.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
If that doesn't help, then the isp needs to actually check the line
Wow thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment complex. From the ISP box on the street, the wire is split once, three times, then when that already split wire enters my apartment, it is split again three ways. One of those three ways is plugged into a Verizon box that is not in use, the other goes to my neighbors, and the final goes to my modem. I do not think I can change any of this. This isse only started about two weeks ago. They are doing constructions across the street, and I think they split some new wires somewhere because the ISP box lid was off when I went and checked. Thanks for your help.
then the isp would need to check the line and fix it.
some isp's charge if they find the issue internal to the home and I just try to help prevent that from minimizing things in your home that might cause it. If its external, then its on the ISP.
