CM700 modem drops service all the time
Hello everyone
We have the CM 700 Modem with a R8000P router both bought brand new at the end of the year in 2017. Since we put this equipment on teh network we have had nothing but trouble, it always drops the signal from Comcast. Now I know comcast service is not the best especially their customer service but is there any fix for this at all. Thank you

Please provide power/connection table and DOCSIS Event logs to see what the problem is.
