Cm700 modem
When I went on the browser and typed in the #, to check and see if the ISP were doing updates all that came up was a warning not to use because of security. What do I do.

What was the warning? (Browsers are increasingly picky and try to protect us from doing things that are safe and hate things like http links.)
Then again, don't expect much in the way of firmware updates for a cable modem.
Most ISPs don't seem to bother with firmware updates.
