My modem randomly stopped working and DOESNT reset, do I have to buy another one?

What are the led's on it doing?&nbsp;Are you able to hardwire into the modem directly from a pc/laptop (reboot the modem after connecting)?&nbsp;try accessing it using 192.168.100.1

The LEDS are all green, the power button is the only one solid the rest have been flashing constantly.&nbsp;plemans&nbsp;
