Cm700 not connecting to internet

My modem randomly stopped working and DOESNT reset, do I have to buy another one?

    What are the led's on it doing? 

    Are you able to hardwire into the modem directly from a pc/laptop (reboot the modem after connecting)? 

    try accessing it using 192.168.100.1

      The LEDS are all green, the power button is the only one solid the rest have been flashing constantly. plemans
