CM700 rated for 1.4 Gbps and Xfinity states only 935 Mbps

Xfinity requires docsis 3.1 to hit gigabit speeds. The CM700 is only docsis 3.0 so it won't hit gigabit speeds.

I wish marketing would put actual supported speeds. The WAN port connection rate on this mode is 1000Mpbs so technically, a wired PC connected to the back of the CM modem will max out at around 900Mpbs or just some over. A speed test will never see anything over 1000Mbps.
