Cm700 rebooting?

Every morning when we first use our phone it seems our Internet briefly works then just stops for a few minutes. I'm unsure if the modem is rebooting because when this happens I can't access the Web p...

    I returned it.  Per my wireless, my internet kept going down with that router.  Router wasn't rebooting but it was unstable.
