CMV500 vs CMV1000 for "PhonePower" VOIP service

Question

I currently have a CMV500 cable modem working in conjunction with my PhonePower.com VOIP telephone service. Everything is working great but I am considering an upgrade to a CMV100 cable modem. I would like to know please, if the CMV1000 is compatible with my PhonePower.com VOIP telephone service.
