Comcast Cannot Access CM2050V
In January 2023 my CM2050V, purchased in May 2019, failed and I replaced it with the above.
I contacted Comcast when I caller ID would not show on my TVs. The automated support would not allow my to submit a report, because it said that they could not find a functioning modem. After several hours, I reached Advance Repair, who found that the feature was not turned on. When I asked about the modem, he replied that he could not find it, as well. He advised me to contact Netgear.
Is this a hardware problem or a Comcast problem? Thanks.

If anything was in on the modem, would be on the modems web page at 192.168.100.1.
