Comcast problem or C7500-100NAS problem?

I have ixfinity Nd i am a technician however i amd looking to get the fastes speed out of my internet service. I hhave the C7500- witha gigibet internet service

    c7500 does not support gigabit on Comcast. Comcast provisions 24x8 D3.0 devices to max of 400 Mbps.
