Comcast is complicating your life for no purpose unless the maximum speed Comcast will support on this DOCSIS 3.1 modem is less than it is capable of.
DOCSIS 3.1 supports up to 1GB/sec. The Orbi RBR750 WAN port is 1GB/sec. They match. Increasing the modem to greater than 1GB will be a waste of money because the modem will connect to the router at 1GB/sec.
Increasing 400Mbit by 5-10 times is nonsense.
The marketing department needs to be flogged.

It should be good up to 800Mpbs on there speed tier package. Just keep the modem for now and the Orbi system you have. You'll be fine.
