That listing all looks perfectly normal to me, the PC is allocated an IP address by the router, in this case 192.168.0.5, note not 162.198.0.5 as per your post 3 which I assume was a typo?
DHCP is not guaranteed to allocate the same IP address each time to the same computer / device, especially if you have factory reset the router as you said you did in post 3.
So basically I see no issues with your router connection, and the only outstanding question is the network map. If you still have issues there could you please post a screen grab?

Oh I guess I'm not done. I am still having trouble setting up the gateway. I land up with two router network names. The original which the pc stays connected to, but the network map has just a gateway between the pc and internet (an ethernet connection). I get into the netgear gateway fine with the changed information, however, on the page that shows trusted devices, my pc is the only one on it, and it has the name of a generic ethernet switch4(?) I had to readd the printer too, which I did on the pc in add a printer. It couldn't download one, but I saw it in the map connected to the original netgear name. I'm sitting here trying to figure out just what is going on. I hate to call someone there, it's harder to explain than to write. Any more questions, ask me, I probably left something out. Also I haven't been able to get into the routher interface safely very often. It did allow me to get in with a safe connection this last time. I just don't know how to get the connection understood with my pc, printer, and the wireless gateway. When I change the ssid and passphrase, I also have to go configure my mac laptop, which is fine and is all hooked up to new router name. Its interface is 802.11. I added my printer's mac address in as well and it has an interface as well of 802.11. The only generic is my pc, and the printer doesn't show on the map at all.
I probably have you totally confused. I apologize, it's so depressing.
Thanks
