Connect yourphone to windows

Model: C6250-1AZNAS|AC1600 WiFi Cable Modem Router
My Samsung s20 +56 phone does connect to all my other devices. Windows app Your Phone is the only thing it won't connect with. I have a desktop pc as well, Your Phone does connect to this phone on that device, but it's using an Asus router on that.
I did find the user manual, but found no mention of AP Isolation or Wireless Isolation.
Anybody have any ideas on this? Is this cable/router issue or something else?
I would contact MS or the mfr of this app and ask them for help and information regarding it's connections. If the phone and PC are on the same network, then there is no AP isolation involved here.

Tried Bluetooth?
Normally I wifi on. But I just fired up Your Phone for clues and it invited me to check the pairing details.
