In my understanding (far away from your market, here we can use only provider supplied cable modem/routers), the CAX80 is a pure Cable device with a coax cable WAN, and no alternate WAN support using an Ethernet port.
Lack of a cable Internet connection, I fear the device is wrong for your use case. Let's see if somebody from Netgear is chiming back here. Dustin_V - you might also want to move this thread to the "Orbi With Built-In Cable Modem" community section.
