No. If your ISP gives you only one (WAN) IP address, then you can
connect only one (addressable) device to the modem. Generally, that's
why NAT routers exist -- to allow multiple devices share that one (WAN)
IP address. A GS308 is a switch, and, as such, it lets you connect
multiple devices, but it does nothing to get them their own IP adresses.

What you should want is to connect a router to the modem, and then to
connect all your other devices to the router (by wire or wirelessly).
