Connecting to nighthawk x65 extender
Connect to c7800 how do I connect them together to boost my wifi signal? It’s not working as wifi, but it does transfer internet through the 4 wired ports.

So the C7800 is a model number. There isn't a x65 extender so maybe you mean the x6s? (which isn't a model number). Maybe you mean the EX8000?

Just to make sure, what all models are we dealing with here:
What firmware is on them?
Where is your extender failing in setup? aka are you trying to setup via wps and its failing? Are you trying manually and failing? What exactly are you doing and where is the failure happening?
And finally, you're posting in the genie forum. If the c7800 is running fine and its you struggling with getting the extender to work, post in the extender forum where you'll get the best help.
