Connecting to Owlet

I’m trying to connect the owlet sock to my WiFi. I have reached out to there support and they say “my router is blocking” so it’s my router.
In order to connect it to my WiFi I have to join the owlet created network then join my WiFi network and it will prompt me to enter the credentials. Once I do, it fails everytime. Then I tried to manually do it based on the instructions on their website for connecting with a computer and it has me join the owlet network then enter my IP address as if I’m trying to log into my router, it then opens a list of all available WiFi networks and I select mine, after a long wait I receive “connection failed: not authenticated (error 5)”.

Also side note is 75% of the time I try to do this, all the other devices on my WiFi are booted off my WiFi.

You'll need to contact the Mfr for help, information and support for there product.

Make sure the wifi security mode on the modem is supporting of there product. Some devices may not support WPA2/AES or some may require WPA2 and AES so be sure thats enabled on the modem.

Be sure to contact the mfr for help and information regarding this.

    Good Luck.

As stated in my post, I did contact them and they defer to the router being an issue.

They do say this on their website but I can’t find this info in my router settings.

“ Scan the page until you find something with a title like "Wireless Standard" or "Wireless Mode." Often there is a drop down menu next to it that contains options like: 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11b/g, 802.11n. Set your router to one of the following standards: 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11b/g.”

I'm having this same issue. Has anyone found a resolution?
