Connection from Router to PC drops a lot (Time Sync possible)
My connection drops a lot, I check my router and it says that the cable connection is good, but when I try to go to any site it is down. I check the logs and I get something usually like this: ...

I Checked my logs again and I was getting MDD Timeouts, the internet suggest that it is a faulty line. I contacted my cable company to provide assistance and they again said they wouldn't be able to help me for a few weeks. I decided to change providers and now have fiber and this router is sitting on a shelf. Thanks to everyone that tried to help.

In order for others to help you, you need to provide some basic information.
What is the model number of your router? It does not start with ACxxx. Look on the label.
What is the firmware version installed on your router? It is not "the latest".
What is the make and model number of the modem your router is connected to? Look on the label on the modem.
You might need to use some other NTP server if the default is not working consistently.
Do you have IPv6 enabled in your configuration? Does your ISP support IPv6?

Sorry, The router is a NETGEAR Nighthawk c7800, Firmware Version V3.01.40
It is ethernet connected to a Windows 10 PC
As far as I know it is using IPv4 although when I go into the router settings and go to adanced>advanced setup>IPv6 it is set to Auto Config
I could change it to "Use DHCP Server"
Am I able to change the NTP server in the router settings?

I would suggest selecting the Use DHCP server for IPv6.
Your firmware version indicates your ISP is Spectrum. The Spectrum web site suggests they support IPv6. You can check both your IPv4 and IPv6 address here: https://whatismyipaddress.com/
Under Advanced -> Administration -> NTP Settings you should be able to select a preferred NTP server. Pool.ntp.org works well here. Be sure and click Apply. You can search the internet for other NTP options. See attached screen snip.
You may have to do this in two steps, select a NTP server, save the settings and restart your router before you can select a different time zone. The default NETGEAR NTP server causes problems in several locations.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
