Connection Issues
I just connected my canle modem to Xfinity and when I connect my computer using eternet no issues. I then connected both a Netgear AC1200 and a Netgear WNR2000v5, neither work. Not WIFI or hard wired. I checked the cable modem settings biut appears there is limited configuration. At a total loss. Any ideas?

Have you made sure the cable modem is bridged to be a modem only?
