connection issues
i unplug the router to move it and when i plugged it back in it would not connect. It keep restarting over and over. I tried to reset it which did not work, and unplugged it and let it sit for a while and that did not work. Netgear said there was nothing wrong with the hardware, and nothing is wrong with the internet. Netgear said that a setting needed to be updated. I dont want to spend the 50 dollar one time fee.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
