Constant loosing internet

Are my power levels out of range? and how can I fix it if so?

    Yes your downstream levels are high they should be between -7 and 7 You could try to replace any splitters on your lines or remove them see if that improves anything if not you will need to contact your ISP and have them send a tech to check everything out.
