Cox Gigablast CM1200

I have a CM1000 - which is on Cox approved list - same issue.
No matter what we tried, stuck at 300Mps.
Cox say to contact NetGear to upgrade the firmware.
Netgear says end users can't upgrade firmware. Endless loop.

NG developes the FW, however ISPs are responsible to test FW on there system to ensure it works there. They should see this issue and if it's not working for them then the ISP should notiify NG.
