Is there a way to change the ReadyShare IP Address?

Sorry C7100V.
Every since the last firmware update this Router performs differently than before. Speed is fine but Adding IP Addresses with an IP doesn’t seem to work any longer. I cannot see how RreadyShare locks an IP: 192.168.0.5???

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since the update?
What browser are you using? Try IE11, Firefox or Opera...

I would open up a support ticked and get help from NG support regarding this:
https://www.netgear.com/mynetgear/registration/login.aspx
I would contact your ISP about this as well and ask them if they would downgrade the FW. ISPs are responsible to pushing FW out to modem. NG does not do this. They develop FW than hand off to ISP for futher testing before pushing out to modems.

Please explain the issue in bit more detail.
It is hard to decipher the issue with browser not bearing address keyword for me.
Maybe you can list it in this way:
step1: login to the modem
step2: go to Advanced tab
step3: go to IP reservation tab.
step 10..
and provide some screenshots for us to see.
