Defective C6220, replacement defective too
My C6220 ran hot. It would drop connection constantly. So I did the RMA process to get a replacement. Now my replacement does the exact same thing. I am using an older Netgear modem router that works just fine. So the issue is the C6220. Now I have been waiting on hold for a while trying to get a refund. I am posting so someone from Netgear can help me get a refund. Please reach out.

when 2 devices fail in the same way, I start looking at what can/could have caused it.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
Where are you placing it?
the newer devices will make more heat so its figuring out if thats whats causing the drops or if its something else.
