Device is registered but not showing on remote access
I purchased my router on eBay and had to call to have it register to my account. Everything has been registered but I cannot access my router remotely. Is this an issue I can fix or will I need to call netgear to have them fix it? My service has ended so I would have to pay for help but I feel like this isn’t an issue on my end and I should not have to pay.

Dunno. Might be a bug. Had the same issue with my Orbi. Got fixed. I don't know what caused it to break and then get fixed. But it's working fine now. Probably play around with settings, rebooting, resetting etc.
