Devices can't find home network
I moved into a new apartment this past weekend and brought my Netgear C6300v2 modem/router with me. I had previously used it at my old place and it worked fine. Last night, I activated my XFinity WiFi and it seemed to be going well -- my modem's lights are all solid green and it says my modem is online in the XFinity app. However, none of my devices (phone, laptop, and work computer) can find my network. I talked to XFinity today and they said the issue was with the modem. I've reset it about 7 times and switched to a new outlet and nothing is helping. I don't know what else to try and I'd really rather not have to buy a new modem if I can avoid it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do wired devices work?
Did the wifi get shut off in the move? Push and hold the wifi on/off button for at least 2 seconds
