Everything works as it should except for 1 thing. When I use my iPhone to roam from 1 router to the other, I occasionally get a 169.254.x.x address and, as such, I have no access to anything.

I have a Sonos Play5 speaked plugged directly into the 3700 and an Amazon Echo connected to the 3700 via the 5G wireless network and both work flawlessly.

I have been dealing with this for months and I have no idea what's causing it.

If I log into the F2000 control page I can see that all devices connected to the network via the 3700 are listed as Ethernet connections and anything connected via the F2000 is listed as wireless. Which is all correct.

If I take a device and wander from one router to the the other I can see the F2000 control page updating as they move between routers all the while maintaining their connectivity and IP adresses flawlessly.

However, as pointed out, occasionally If I connect a device (my iPhone for example) to the F2000 and then move towards the 3700 I can see the IP adress for my phone moving on the F2000 control page but my iPhone loses it's IP address and selects an address of the type 169.254.x.x (which indicates a DHCP issue of some sort) and, bang, I lose all connectivity.

Any help appreciated! If I need to replace hardware then that's fine but I really don't understand where the problem could be.
