Since I started using this modem, many of my devices are not happy. SharkRF M!ke for example. I can not access shark rf link.
I am told must disable AP Isolation, howver that is not an option ...

Not that it needs repeating however the CM series model modes are MODEMS ONLY. They have zero router or wifi features. For AP Isolation, you'll need to contact your wifi router mfr for help and support information regarding there products, i.e. EERO, if you have that router system with the CM series MODEM. The CM series Modem has zero to do with any wifi radios.
Gypsyjon wrote:Actually the CM3000 has everything to do with the radio. The radio is basically a wireless device that connects to the wifi via another device called a Pi-star device, which connects via 2g to my wireless network.

Ahhhh hah!! You are correct, I was not aware that the CM3000 does not include WiFi.
I am thinking as someone suggested that it is an eero problem which I think is correct.
I just ordered a Netgear router which will be here Thur at which time I think I may abandon the eero.
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOU HELP ON THIS MATTER. Maybe I should stick to ham radio and let the computer stuff deal with its own issues... ;-)

One thing to consider: typical residential WiFi systems do not employ AP isolation except in the case of Guest WiFi networks. The eero and Netgear WiFi systems will allow all devices connected to their primary network to communicate with each other (this includes devices 'wired' to the network and devices connected to the primary WiFi network).
Netgear routers typically do not allow devices connected to the Guest WiFi network to communicate with other devices.
(have no experience with eero WiFi. However when I Google "eero wifi guest ap isolation" the response is that eero does the same as Netgear:
i.e.
AI Overview
eero's guest Wi-Fi automatically provides strong isolation, creating a separate network (LAN) where guest devices can't see your main network devices, and they're even isolated from each other, enhancing security by default, which is a key feature of eero's built-in AP (Access Point) isolation for guests. While you can't manually toggle "AP Isolation" for guests in the app like on some routers, eero handles this layer-2 isolation automatically for guest networks, preventing guests from accessing your primary devices,
