Where do you see this?

Is that something other than a model C7000? "AC1900" is a speed, not
a model number. Ever helpful, Netgear product packaging emphasizes
"ACxxxx", but that's not the model identifier. Look closely at the
label on your device?

Which "the KB articles"?
"I have been unable" is not a useful problem description. It does
not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it.
As usual, showing actual actions with their actual results (error
messages, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

I have the C7000 as mentioned in my original post. Sorry for any confusion, I thought posting the full product name instead of only the Model number would be helpful.
I reached out to Netgear support to see if my Router/Modem was supported. They stated it was and offered to help with the setup. However, in order to help, I needed to extend my technical support with them for a minimum of 12 months at $139.99.
I logged into http://www.routerlogin.net/ and do not have an option for Disney Circle.
I also have Netgear Genie installed on my PC, I was unable to see an option there as well.
Here is the KB article.
Now actually seeing the C7000 is not listed on the support page, I can gather the C7000 is not supported at this time.
Thank you for your reply.
