DNS Errors

This is my SECOND time to ask a question of the community and I really need some assistance.  I am trying to setup a DNS account for parental controls; however, it is not working.  I am entering all of the required information, and not getting any errors.  I click "Next" and it looks like it is going to spin and set up an account but returns me right back to the "Create a free OpenDNS account" page without giving me any errors.  I have confirmed that my username is available, validated that I am using a compatible password and have entered and confirmed my email.  Is there anyone that can help me?  Can you provide a phone number for someone that I can contact?  I bought this router on 2/18/17 so I am within my time period for receiving support.
