DNS issues with using custom SSID

Came home from a week of traveling to find my phone and bedroom laptop not being able to resolve DNS over WiFi.  Restarted router - CG3000DV2 / N450.  It's worked fine for over a year or so...  Conne...

Hello kelzipan 

 

That is a really odd issue a SSID shouldn't have a affect like that but if your having DNS issues I always suggest switching DNS to manual and then using googles free DNS of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 that usually will fix DNS issues.
