DOCSIS Modem Firmware Contact

We're small, municipal ISP. As of this time we have not had a contact with Netgear to obtain firmware for our limited number of customer owned Netgear modems. Currently in the industry there's a concern due to an expiring security certificate that requires upgrading firmware on current models. 

Can anybody point me in the right direction with who to speak with to obtain modem firmware?
