Does CM500V works with NON X-Finity voice services

Can somebody confirm if CM500V could work with NON XFINITY voice services. I mean use differente SP that has voice service but is not voice XFINITY service. Thanks Regards

Thanks for the info. I already asked to cable provider but I have not received a clear answer, they only say the modem requiered must be DOCSIS 3.0, 16 x 4, voice but not XFINITY.

  Most of the NG modems with Voice support only work on CC or Xfinity services. Ohers ones, they should have this information as they already know what modems they support on there network.
