Check the user manual for LED behaviors.
Have the ISP check signal line quality up to the modem.
Be sure that there are not coax line splitters between the modem and ISP service box.

I had Cox refresh the modem and now I am back to a solid green internet connection, a solid green downstream connection (177 on speedtest), and a solid amber upstream connection (10.5 on Speedtest). I have only one upstream channel locked and the speed is 57dBmv, which I have read is too much power for any other channels to lock. I think this is a ISP/Cox signal problem, but anyone have any ideas?

The ISP tech should know the recommended levels.
