I had Cox refresh the modem and now I am back to a solid green internet connection, a solid green downstream connection (177 on speedtest), and a solid amber upstream connection (10.5 on Speedtest). I have only one upstream channel locked and the speed is 57dBmv, which I have read is too much power for any other channels to lock. I think this is a ISP/Cox signal problem, but anyone have any ideas?
