Does Ready Cloud work on AC3200 C7800 ?

I have an external hard drive attached to the USB port of my AC3200 (C7800v2).  I can access the drive locally.  I am trying to set it up to access remotely.  I have followed instructions that say to go into the interface and look under ReadyShare.  I don't see anything about Ready Cloud. I can't figure out how to link the router to the account.  My router is linked to my Netgear account. I hope I didn't mess up by creating a ReadyCloud account before migrating something.  Idk. I would be very grateful if someone could help walk me through the process of setting up Ready Cloud or some other way to access the drive when I am not at home.  Thanks in advance for your help!
